The project
InvoAI turns PDF and scanned invoices into verified data: AI extracts the fields, you approve them, then they're saved to your ERP, CRM or database.
Designed and built by QuickyPrime, InvoAI is made for accounts payable teams. Retyping invoices is slow and error-prone, but letting an AI send data without any check is risky. InvoAI combines both: AI reads every uploaded invoice and fills in the fields the user has defined, a person reviews and corrects each value from the keyboard, then the validated data is saved automatically to the company's ERP, CRM or database. Nothing leaves without approval, and the interface is entirely in French.

Artificial intelligence
Structured extraction
AI reads each document and fills in the user-defined fields: supplier, number, date, net amount, VAT and total, invoice lines.
Vision-mode reading
For photos, skewed scans and tables spanning several pages, extraction re-reads the document with a vision model.
Flagged doubts and human approval
Every uncertain value is highlighted for review. No data is sent until a person has verified it.
